However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
🧵 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All tags, packaging, gift boxes/pouches are intact
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery

To start a return, please contact us first at sales@gajeracrafts.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Product Name
- Reason for return
Please do not ship any product back without informing us first.
🧵 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If the item is in original condition, we will approve the refund.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the product.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
🧵 Return Shipping Cost
- All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Please use a reliable, trackable courier to avoid loss or damage in transit.
- We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
🧵 If the Product Is Damaged or Not in Original Condition
If the returned item:
- is used,
- damaged,
- missing parts,
- or not in original packaging

Then:
A partial refund will be issued based on the condtion of the product.
(We will inform you of the assessed value before processing.)
🧵 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items bought during final sale or clearance
