1. How to Place an International Order

Option 1: Order directly through our website — just add items to your cart, enter your international shipping address, and checkout securely.

We accept:

All payments are 100% secure and encrypted. We do not store your card or bank details.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

We use trusted international courier partners (DHL / FedEx / UPS / India Post + local partners like Shiprocket and others).

Processing time: 1–3 business days (handmade & quality check)

Delivery time after dispatch:

• 1. UK / Europe: 7–10 business days
  2. USA / Canada: 10–14 business days
  3. Australia: 10–14 business days
  4. Middle East: 7–12 business days
  5. Rest of World: 7–14 business days

4. Shipping Cost

🎁 Free International Shipping on orders up to $500 USD

For orders above $500 USD, please visit our Bulk/Wholesale Page or contact us for the best shipping rates and special pricing.

5. Customs & Import Duties (Important)

• 1. Some countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
  2. These charges are not included in our prices.
  3. Buyers are responsible for any customs/tax fees in their country.
  4. We provide all necessary shipping documents to help with smooth clearance.
  5. Customs delays (if any) are beyond our control, but we will support you if needed.

6. Return & Refund Policy (International)

• 1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Item must be unused and in original condition
  3. Buyer pays return shipping cost
  4. Refund is issued within 7 business days after we receive the item and inspect it
  5. If the item is damaged or not in original condition, partial refund may apply
