5. Pricing & Currency

1. Prices are displayed in INR for Indian customers and USD or respective currency for international buyers.
2. Prices may change without notice.
3. Taxes, duties, and conversion fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order:

1. You receive an order confirmation email.
2. We may verify details before processing.
3. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order due to unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, fraud, or misuse.

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund is issued.

We do not store your card or bank details. All payments are processed securely.

8. Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping in India up to ₹21,999.
2. Free international shipping up to $500 USD.
3. Orders above these amounts are considered bulk and follow different rules.

Estimated Delivery:

1. India: 3–5 business days after dispatch
2. International: 7–14 business days

9. International Shipping & Customs

1. Your country may charge customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
2. These fees are not included in product price or shipping.
3. Buyer is responsible for these charges.
4. Customs delays are beyond our control.

10. Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied:

1. Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Buyer pays return shipping.
4. Refund issued within 7 business days after inspection.
5. Used or damaged items may receive a partial refund.
