Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, gift boxes, or pouches must be intact.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact sales@gajeracrafts.com with your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will approve the refund if it is in original condition.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the product.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Cost

All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Please use a reliable, trackable courier.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless defective
  • Final sale or clearance items
